Objectives
We are seeking dynamic talents with a strong business mindset and experiences in Marketing of E- Commerce & Social Commerce to join our team. The position will be in charge of planning and managing Total Commerce Marketing, such as Strategic planning, Commercial, Campaign, Merchandising activities for PMAX’s clients, building up portfolio, and managing P&L of the assigned accounts.
Job Description
Plan and manage Commercial, Campaign, and Merchandising activities to maximize growth for clients.
Prepare and implement seasonal/monthly campaigns and initiatives
Drive sales and profitability through proper merchandising and overall presentation of specific category ownership
Plan and implement product assortment, pricing, and promotion to achieve the sales target.
Setting monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets
Monitoring actual vs. target performance review (daily & month- to- date)
Planning and forecasting sales, margins, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify ways to drive sales generation through business analysis; ensures action is taken to maximize sales potential
Coordinate with other teams (Account, BD, operation team) to plan and onboard clients to strengthen the portfolio, and manage performance to maximize P&L of the assigned accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and platforms, and coordinate to deliver results.
Get feedback from clients and improve the providing services to deliver the best.
Build core solutions & process for E- commerce & Social commerce products
Coordinate with other product teams (Strategy, Media, Creative, Livestream,etc.) to execute and drive client’s performance in total online selling channels
Job Requirements

At least 2- 3 years of experience in E- commerce or Social commerce, especially in Commercial, Campaign planning & management, Merchandising, Creative, Livestreaming
