STRATEGY (20%)
- Raise the consistency content of all digital channels and all touch points.
- Make a strategy to reach the target audience with a clear and practical vision.
PLANNING & EXECUTING (30%)
- You will have teammate which is fresh and junior, nurture them and make the company getting stronger.
- Manage to increase retail sentiment & brand score on E- commerce channels.
- Develop planning to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of our products such as promotion, price optimization, coupons and deals, on- site communication & visibility...
- Along with the strategy, must be a realistic and practical content plan to surpass the KPIs.
SALE DUTY (50%)
- Periodically report on results and propose potential options.
- Allocate and supervise team members in selling products mainly on E- com platform.
- Reports and analyze business situation.

- Basic understanding- not necessary to know how to do, but need to understand the nature and knowledge related to Online Marketing, especially Google and SEO.
- Having experience in photography and working with image editing and video production tools from basic (Apps, Website) to advanced (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effect) will be a plus.
- No less than 3 years of experience working in on the same line or relative fields.
- Good MS Office skills.
