Senior Engineer -Technical Service, Functional Coatings, Toys

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
• Coordinate all technical tasks in assigned customer plants.
• Enhance service levels and customer intimacy to achieve customers&039; satisfaction.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES
Customer Activities:
• Support the customer&039;s color matching process to guarantee the required color accuracy.
• Act as "window person on site" to customer for line technical issues. Coordinate to ensure customer&039;s complaint and technical issues solved timely and successfully.
• Ensure customer line evaluations are documented.
• Harmonize and prioritize technical standards and requirements cross lines and teams.
• Coordinate to conduct new line trials if necessary (e.g., new technology).
Account Management:
• Ensure all activities comply to all EHS rules/ regulations and RC requirement.
• Ensure product quality, contribute to change management and quality management.

• Technical knowledge preferably in the coatings industry, especially in the field of color matching
• At least 3 years relevant working experience
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic communication skills in Mandarin is advantage

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related majors
