Senior Engineering Manager (Software Architect)

Team Leadership and Communication:
Effectively manage, motivate, and develop a large engineering team (40- 50 members).
Coordinate cross- functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and project coherence.
Maintain clear, persuasive communication across all levels of the project.
Technical and Project Management:
Oversee the software development lifecycle, implementing best practices and methodologies.
Manage high- load and secure systems, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Lead Agile and Scrum methodologies, rapidly adapting to changes and innovations.
Guide the team in software architecture, CI/CD practices, and quality control standards.
Strategic Planning and Decision Making:
Implement cost- optimization strategies without compromising on quality or performance.
Continuously evaluate and improve operational and development practices.
Balance technical and business insights for strategic decision- making.
Drive large- scale Agile adoption with a strong grasp of its real- world applications.
Quality Assurance and Security:
Uphold high standards of software quality and security.
Address security concerns proactively, maintaining the integrity of web and mobile applications.
Implement robust testing and validation protocols.
Team Building and Professional Development:
Mentor and coach team members, promoting skill development.
Organize technical events and training initiatives.

Relevant professional certifications in technology (e.g., AWS) are preferred.
Proficient in modern infrastructure technologies (Public Cloud, Serverless, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem- solving skills.
At least 3 years of experience in Software Architecture
Proven experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or a similar leadership role in large- scale projects.
At least 5 years of experience in Manager role
Understanding and practical experience in Blockchain technologies (EVM), Security, and related programming languages (Solidity, JavaScript, Rust, Golang) are a significant advantage.
Relevant professional certifications in management (e.g., PMI) are preferred.
Knowledgeable about architectures and app models with scalability potential such as super apps, mini apps.
Experience in designing, deploying, and operating large user base microservices systems.
Programming language proficiency is not a prerequisite for this role.
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum methodologies, and System Design.
Experienced in managing teams and products with apps on the store that have a large user base.
