Senior ERP Consultant Business Analyst, Odoo

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Consultant to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, project management, and business process optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem- solving abilities, capable of leading projects and guiding clients through complex ERP implementations and upgrades.

REQUIREMENTS & BUSINESS ANALYSIS

Assist with data migration, system integration, and testing as part of the implementation process.
Develop detailed system requirements and specifications based on client needs.
Provide expert guidance on ERP best practices, system configurations, and process optimization.
Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify client needs, objectives, and challenges for small- sized projects.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Develop and implement change management strategies to drive user adoption of the ERP system.
Deliver project outcomes on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards and client expectations.
Proactively manage project risks and resolve issues to ensure smooth execution.
Lead small- sized discovery and implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system setup, configuration, and customization to align with client business processes.

EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION & CLIENT FACING

Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end users to ensure successful system adoption.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot client issues post- implementation in a timely manner.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION & MENTORSHIP

Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Contribute to knowledge- sharing activities and ensure high- quality deliverables across projects.

Minimum Qualifications

Willingness to work at night to communicate with clients in the US several days a week.
Good knowledge of leading ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or Odoo) and related technologies.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced, client- focused environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems independently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Good understanding of business processes across various industries, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, retail and field services is preferred.
Prior experience in ERP consulting, with a proven track record of successful project delivery is preferred.
Experience with ERP implementation is a plus, ideally with the most prominent and widely used in the industry such as Odoo (preferred).
