Senior Event Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Event Executive to join our Marketing Team at Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi. This role will focus on the end- to- end planning and execution of events and promotional campaigns.
Event Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing part to enhance event visibility through digital and offline channels.
- Oversee production, printing, and equipment setup for events.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth event operations.
- Develop engaging event content, themes, and promotional materials.
- Prepare event proposals, control event budgets.
- Implement event plans as assigned by management.
- Maintain strong relationships and communication with external partners to ensure high- quality service delivery.
Logistics & On- Site Coordination
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and ensure seamless operations.
- Research and suggest new Agency to ensure cost- effective solutions.
- Assist in post- event reporting, including attendance analysis and feedback collection.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
- Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown according to the approved script and timeline.

- Basic understanding of legal compliance for public events.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in event planning, promotions (experience in retail/shopping mall/event agency is a plus).
- Passion for event management and customer engagement activities
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross- functional collaborations.
- Bachelor’ s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual and experiential branding.
