As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and results- driven (Senior) Growth Executive to join our Offline Payment department. The Offline Payment division at MoMo is at the forefront of transforming how payments are made. We are a fast- expanding team dedicated to bringing innovative payment solutions to merchants and consumers. Our team is driven by a strong focus on innovation and people development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
What you will do
Work closely with product team to provide user insights & business- led product development;
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer needs;
Utilize data analytics to optimize promotional programs and communication messages based on user behaviors, achieving cost reduction while increasing user growth, continuously optimize through sprints to reach set targets;
Lead the execution of growth initiatives with a cross- disciplinary team of growth, marketing, product, tech, data…; ensuring alignment and secure the support needed to execute growth plans;
Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth initiatives; provide regular reports, analysis and insights to support decision making.
Build detailed user growth programs to drive both acquisition and retention for assigned projects, encompassing various levers such as marketing, promotions, product optimization;
Manage budget allocation between promo cost and media mix that best suits business objectives, across both in- app and external channels;
What you will need
Strong intuition about user and product experience;
Familiar with the Food Delivery/Ride- hailing/Ecommerce/Fintech market and able to draw on local nuances to design growth activities that are highly relevant to our users.
Strong interpersonal skill; able to manage stakeholders and drive for results;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data, Business or Finance.
At least 2- 3 years of experience in relevant fields such as Growth, Product Marketing, Business Analytics or User Insights;
Hunger to drive action and impact;
Strong analytical skills; extensive experience in user research, insights search, and building marketing campaigns;
