Senior Executive – Growth, Utilities & Telco

Growth & Marketing Project Planning & Execution
Build & execute user growth programs to drive both acquisition, including new to MoMo & new to assigned services, and retention, encompassing various levers such as marketing, promotions, product optimization, and special campaigns for utilities & transportation services;
Conduct, work with data analytics teams to perform analyses, and tests to continuously optimize the user conversion funnels;
Lead the execution of growth initiatives with a cross- disciplinary team of growth, marketing, product, tech, data…; ensuring alignment and secure the support needed to execute growth plans;
Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth initiatives; provide regular reports, analysis and insights to support decision making.
Budget Management
Manage budget allocation between promo cost and media mix that best suits business objectives, across both in- app and external channels;
Users and Market Insights
Conduct regular analysis on our brand and market performance. Identify new trends that affect our industry.
Conduct regular interviews with users. Read and analyze users and business data to make sure our marketing activities are aligned with the defined goals.

At least 2- 3 years of experience in relevant fields such as Growth, Product Marketing, Products, Account at Marketing Agency
Experience in fintech, utility apps, e- commerce platforms, financial services (bank, insurance or credit) and lifestyle (travel or entertainment) is a plus;
Strong analytical sense, and proficient in Excel;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data, Business or Finance.
Strong interpersonal skill & quick adaptation; able to manage stakeholders and drive for results
Solid project management. Highly responsible for the assigned work. Attention for details. Quick thinker;
