The job holder will assist HRBP Manager in shaping advice to assist the Business Units achieving goals. The role serves as an advisor and responsible for execution of talent management, performance management, culture and employee relations.
What you will do
Provide career roadmap advice to employees and help them develop and grow within the organization
Regularly review and propose improvements to business processes and organization structure to achieve organizational efficiency.
Handle employee on- boarding and exit interview process
Build strong relationships and provide trusted advice on all HR programs, policies, processes, employee relations and HR project
Implement and facilitate monthly/quarterly/annual performance management processes including; provide advice on performance management of employees.
Drive employee development plans by tracking and monitoring training attendance and effectiveness
Join HR projects and other assignments by line manager
Be a partner of Business Unit and stakeholders to enhance employee engagement, retention, employee relations, advice to the stakeholders on people matters
What you will need
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Business Administration or any other related fields.
Experience:
At least 4 years of HR experience, especially generalist HR experience at the changing fast working environment company is a plus
Experience in handling performance management and interacting with Business for HR matters
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in using computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Access.
Excellent project management skills with great speed and accuracy
