Senior PR & Communications Executive

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Set clear KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of communication campaigns.
Develop and implement targeted PR and communication planni that align with Savills&039; business objectives.

Public Relations:

Act as a key media contact and spokesperson when needed.
Manage media outreach, including drafting press releases and organizing press engagements.
Cultivate relationships with media contacts, journalists, and industry influencers.

Communications Management:

Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all materials.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure communication activities support business goals.
Create compelling content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Develop plans to engage stakeholders and protect the company&039;s reputation.
Handle communication issues effectively to mitigate risks.

Event Management:

Coordinate corporate events, such as press engagements and industry conferences.
Ensure that events align with Savills&039; brand and communication strategies.

Market Research and Analysis:

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine communication approaches.

Budget Management:

Oversee the PR and communications budget, ensuring resources are used effectively to achieve the best results.

Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3- 5 years in PR and communications, preferably in real estate. Demonstrated success in media relations, content creation, and campaign management.
Skills:
Strong media relations and strategic thinking abilities.
Expertise in content writing, PR writing (media statements and press releases), and social media content.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with PR tools, social media management, and Microsoft Office.
