Senior Executive - Key Account (English - Chinese speaking)

Gather market intelligence and carry out industry research. Bring insights to team to formulate sales plan and strategy.
Work with marketing team to come up sales materials, promote BW and our warehouses.
Build and maintain networks with property agents, logistics associations, industry fellows.
Work closely with investment team on land acquisition proposals; construction team on warehouse building design
Gather warehouse demands and work on rental proposals for ecommerce companies, third- party logistics companies, freight forwarders, retailers, manufacturers.

High level written and spoken English.
Strong network in logistics warehouse, and e- commerce industry.
Minimum of 5- year experience working in logistics/supply chain.
Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to clients.
A strong work ethic, and willingness to work hard and cohesively in a team.
Outgoing personality with a sales mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Excellent client relationship management skills.
Multi- tasking ability.
Self- driven and passionate.
Advanced level in core Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage.
Demonstrated experience in effective negotiation skills.
