Senior Legal Executive

General Information

Working hours (7h/day): Mon- Fri (9:00- 17:30)
Location: 39- 41, D4 Street, Him Lam, Tan Hung Ward, District 7, HCMC
Salary range: 15.000.000- 25.000.000 VND

Responsibilities

Assist Marketing Department in reviewing the content&039;s legality and deal with authorized issues
Draft & review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, company&039;s internal policies,...
Organize training courses about legal updates for related departments
Write documents for company&039;s internal Wiki legal system
Research & continuously update new laws, new regulations from around 20 countries
Provide legal advice to clients; corresponding with them and explaining complex legal matters

Requirements

Comprehensive reading, analytical, presentation skills
A positive, can- do attitude and willingness to learn
Bachelor&039;s degree in Law, preferably in International Law
Fluent in English
At least 3 years of working experience in relevant positions
