Senior Executive Project Planning

Key Responsibilities1. Real Estate Project Planning & Tracking (40%)
Job PurposeSupport the Group Planning function in managing real estate project development plans, analyzing project and business performance, and providing strategic insights to support executive decision- making. This role requires strong experience in real estate project planning, data analysis, and enterprise systems such as SAP and Power BI.

Identify delays or risks in execution and escalate to management.
Prepare reports related to variation orders, extensions of time, and project status.
Coordinate with project teams to track implementation progress vs. approved schedules.
Collect and update data on real estate project development plans.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis (30%)

Monitor sales and product plans for each project (product types, pricing, launch phases).
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on project KPIs using Power BI.
Analyze data from Sales & Marketing teams to assess product performance and absorption rate.
Provide strategic recommendations to support business decisions.

Planning System & Process Management (15%)

Collaborate with Finance, Investment, and other teams to integrate planning data.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning cycles.
Maintain and enhance planning- related modules on SAP (project structure, timelines, budget).

Cross- functional Coordination & Reporting (15%)

Support Group Planning team in ad- hoc strategic projects and internal initiatives.
Prepare presentation materials for internal and BOD reporting.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business, or related fields.
Experience working at property developers is highly preferred.
At least 3–5 years of experience in real estate development, project planning, or corporate strategy.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, visualization).
Familiar with SAP, SAP S4 Hana (project planning, budgeting, scheduling modules).
Solid understanding of real estate project lifecycle and investment feasibility.
Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work cross- functionally and manage multiple deadlines.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Vietnamese Real Estate regulations and planning processes.
Knowledge of basic financial modeling or project finance is a plus.
Experience with Master Planning, Urban Development Projects, or Integrated Townships.
