Key Areas of Responsibility:
Operational Management
· Be accountable for the recovery of overdue monies owing to Exera from its internal and external clients.
· Manage budgets for facility operations, ensuring cost- effective utilization of resources while maintaining high- quality standards.
· Ensure that fair treatment to suppliers, professional supplier management and arbitration of disputes are in place.
· Leverage best practices across in- charge sites/ accounts.
· Work closely with procurement team to leverage the maximum use of preferred suppliers with robust back- to- back and performance focused contracts.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and consistently delivering exceptional service.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and cost optimization to enhance the efficiency of facility management operations.
· Continuously look for potential new work that can be required on site.
· Effectively manage the day- to- day operations of the in- charge contracts&039; portfolio in compliance with the organization&039;s regulations, site SOPs and contractual obligations to meet clients&039; expectations under the service agreement level.
Quality and Safety Management
· Follow the organization&039;s mandatory processes and stay in compliance with QSHE objective and tracking, H&S scenario training and investigation.
· Identify and lead safety initiatives to prevent accidents, injuries, and occupational hazards.
· Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and client requirements.
· Manage and ensure the environmental, fire- fighting, and local buildings conditions are compliant to the local regulations.
Business solution development support
· Revisit and develop the design of service offerings innovatively by leveraging technology and industry best practices to always deliver added value to clients.
· Work closely with the internal teams to support the transition processes and operational stabilization activities in a comprehensive manner within given timelines.
· Support the sales process by understanding clients&039; unique needs and challenges and develop customized facility management solutions from the technical aspects.
People engagement and development
· Manage and evaluate the performance of the team members in line with the organization&039;s HR policies and procedures.
· Drive the engagement level in the team and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
· Constantly visible and accessible to the team with full support and guidance.
· Ensure compliance with the organization&039;s training programs and policies.
· Drive the recruitment efforts in aligned with the capacity plans to ensure the fulfilment of delivery to clients on a timely and effective basis.

Yêu cầu công việc

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Computer literacy, with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Have good understanding of cost analysis
A high level of organization and time management skills
Solution driven mindset and ability to effectively mitigate issues smoothly
A proven track record in the management and establishment of planned preventative maintenance programs and the management of sub- contractors performance
A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant role
Strong customer experience and result- oriented mindset
A proven background in the field of facility management or similar related discipline
Previous experience in managing multi sites and multi locations activities
A strong leader with diplomacy and maturity
Ability to deal with individuals at all levels of the organization
