EXERA Vietnam is an Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services provider, dedicated to creating safe, efficient and sustainable work environments for our clients.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Operational Management
· Manage budgets for facility operations, ensuring cost- effective utilization of resources while maintaining high- quality standards.
· Work closely with procurement team to leverage the maximum use of preferred suppliers with robust back- to- back and performance focused contracts.
· Be accountable for the recovery of overdue monies owing to Exera from its internal and external clients.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and cost optimization to enhance the efficiency of facility management operations.
· Ensure that fair treatment to suppliers, professional supplier management and arbitration of disputes are in place.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and consistently delivering exceptional service.
· Leverage best practices across in- charge sites/ accounts.
· Continuously look for potential new work that can be required on site.
· Effectively manage the day- to- day operations of the in- charge contracts’ portfolio in compliance with the organization’s regulations, site SOPs and contractual obligations to meet clients’ expectations under the service agreement level.
Quality and Safety Management
· Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and client requirements.
· Manage and ensure the environmental, fire- fighting, and local buildings conditions are compliant to the local regulations.
· Follow the organization’s mandatory processes and stay in compliance with QSHE objective and tracking, H&S scenario training and investigation.
· Identify and lead safety initiatives to prevent accidents, injuries, and occupational hazards.
Business solution development support
· Work closely with the internal teams to support the transition processes and operational stabilization activities in a comprehensive manner within given timelines.
· Revisit and develop the design of service offerings innovatively by leveraging technology and industry best practices to always deliver added value to clients.
· Support the sales process by understanding clients’ unique needs and challenges and develop customized facility management solutions from the technical aspects.
People engagement and development
· Constantly visible and accessible to the team with full support and guidance.
· Manage and evaluate the performance of the team members in line with the organization’s HR policies and procedures.
· Drive the recruitment efforts in aligned with the capacity plans to ensure the fulfilment of delivery to clients on a timely and effective basis.
· Drive the engagement level in the team and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
· Ensure compliance with the organization’s training programs and policies.
