Senior Front End Developer (React)

ArctX Solution LLC is a global IT solution provider seeking a Senior Front- End Developer (React) to join our team in the Hanoi office.
The Senior Front- End Developer (React) is responsible for building complex web applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and stability. This role involves guiding team members, reviewing code quality, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with back- end developers and stakeholders. The Senior Front- End Developer (React) also identifies and addresses technological risks, ensuring alignment with company standards and staying current with emerging technologies.

Introduce and guide the company&039;s various technical standards and policies to ensure compliance, especially when collaborating with outsourced personnel
Ensure performance, scalability, and stability when developing software
Diagnose and resolve various problems in the system when issues occur
Manage multiple projects within the team, ensuring delivery and quality according to priority
Provide skills and experience to developers on the team
Acquire the latest information on new technologies and industry trends related to the system in charge
Improve convenience functions, performance, and maintain the quality of the systems
Develop complex and highly difficult software systems and applications
Work with back- end developers to integrate UI components with APIs and databases
Proactively identify and resolve technological risks and opportunities
Review the code produced within the team, ensuring it complies with standards and best practices
Build web applications with web development best practices
Provide various reports and documentation according to the company&039;s work standardization

Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React JS, Redux Angular, and Vue
Ability to write clean, proper coding
Ability to stay proactive, updated, and adapt with the latest technological advances, innovations, and changes
Ability to collaborate with team and stakeholders to derive options and solutions to various problems
Knowledge of the MS Office, Jira, and Slack is a plus
Expertise in the investigation and resolution of production issues
Ability to plan, prioritize, and effectively manage multiple tasks to achieve objectives
Thorough knowledge of using application development process, including conceiving, planning, documenting, and leading large application projects
7+ years of software development experience
Mid- level of English proficiency required
Knowledge in using code hosting platforms(version management) such as GitHubs, Bitbucket
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React, and Typescript to develop modern, responsive, and cross- browser- compatible websites
