KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the delivery quality and management team skill
Collaborate with cross- functional teams including Product Management, Designers, and Back- End Engineers.
Ensure high code quality via unit tests, code reviews, and best practices.
Stay updated on front- end trends and bring improvements to architecture and performance.
Represent the front- end team professionally in client- facing situations, ensuring alignment between technical implementation and business expectations.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable front- end applications using ReactJS & SPFx.
Engage directly with EU clients to gather requirements, clarify features, and present implementation plans. and assign tasks to the development team.
Qualifications
Solid understanding of front- end architecture, responsive design, and UI/UX best practices.
Proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks such as JS, ReactJS, or SPFx.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and cross- browser compatibility.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Leadership experience is a plus.
Hands- on experience with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and data formats (JSON, XML, SOAP).
Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with state management libraries.
4+ years of professional experience in front- end development.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with database systems such as MS SQL Server or MySQL.
Proficiency with developer tools such as NPM, Bower, Grunt, Gulp, or Yeoman.
Experience with backend or full- stack development using C, ASP.NET MVC, or SharePoint.
