Senior Full-stack Developer J2EE, React

Arbin Instruments currently has vacancies for a self- driven, passionate and results focused Senior Full- stack Developer to be part of our specialist team that will be dedicated to develop and maintain the software that supports the Arbin’s products.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for taking ownership of significant parts of application:
Unit testing, providing integration test strategy
Remote troubleshooting for customer when customer service teams have difficulty.
Coding (both backend and frontend)
Requirement collecting
Reviewing test plans/test reports
Proposal writing, designing
Performs self project management tasks.
Actively and proactively learning about our products, the physics philosophy behind it, the logic and reason for those logic in the software (and relating firmware).
Works harmoniously in a cross- functional team comprising managers, supervisors, other developers, QA teams in ensuring the delivery of software solutions as planned, within set budget, and timely.

Primary Objectives

To add more R&D manpower on the development of data processing applications to Arbin’s products

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience in programming with communication protocols, e.g. MQTT.
Experience working with PostgreSQL, Cassandra.
Proficient in working with J2EE on both greenfield and brownfield projects to make the app reliable, maintainable, performant.
Nice To Have Experience in other languages, e.g. C, C++, Python, Golang.
Experience working with Jira Collaboration Tools.
Proficient in working with React + Vite + Typescript, Tailwind, Antd to build and maintain dynamic and interactive frontend elements.
Experience working with Azure cloud or equivalent cloud providers.
Nice To Have Experience working with CI- CD using Docker, K8S.
Nice To Have Experience working with Thingsboard platform.

Education and Experience

Other requirements (certifications and so forth): No.
Active affiliations: No requirement.
English requirement: confident in reading and writing; listening/speaking fine for presentation, technical discussion.
Chinese language is a plus.
Specialized training in: Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related.
Degree or equivalent experience: Bachelor or above.
Years of experience: at least 5 years.
