Core ResponsibilitiesEngage with designers and front- end engineers and collaborate with leading back- end engineers to create reliable APIs
Spend 100% efforts for joining software development activities.
Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities.
Work with Architect, DevOps and development teams to provide guidance on building end- to- end systems optimized for speed and scale.
Develop/propose technical materials and processes
Work primarily in .Net, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript
Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth.
Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design.
Assume leadership of new projects, from conceptualization to deployment
Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment.
Recommend new tools, techniques, methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality
Collaborate across time zones via Teams, SharePoint, Azure Board, Git comments, documents, and attend frequent video conferences.
Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements.
Join team training and upskilling programs, and technical sharing sessions.
Functional ResponsibilitiesRespond appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with changes, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures.
Join scrum teams for resolution of technical issues and development of the products.
Working with an Agile SDLC using SAFe/Scrum, TDD/BDD, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.
