SENIOR FULLSTACK DEVELOPER (React.Js, Dotnet)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dedicated team working
n a CRM solution for the financial lending sector. This is a long- term, full- time contract
position.

Perform other tasks as required by management.
Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams throughout the software development life cycle.
Continuously improve development processes, automation, and DevOps practices.
Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Design, develop, and maintain a secure .NET Core (C) and ReactJS web application for

Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
Strong proficiency in C, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
4+ years of experience in full- stack web development using .NET Core (C) and ReactJS.
Knowledge of security principles, data protection, and compliance requirements.
Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks.
Excellent problem- solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of financial services domain and CRM systems.
Experience with cloud hosting, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of performance optimization techniques and load testing.
Good health and willingness to work the night shift.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment under high stress and time critical deadlines.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and test- driven development.

JOB DETAILS:

Employment type: Full- time (Night shift).

+ Candidates who can work full- time at the office or in a hybrid model will be given preference.
+ Candidates may choose between remote work (requiring self- provision of a work PC) or on- site work at the company (with a fully equipped workstation provided).

Industry: Financial services in the US market (No insurance, No lending).
Working hours: 4 fixed hours (10:00 AM- 2:00 PM California time, equivalent to 01:00 AM- 5:00 AM Vietnam time), with the remaining 4 hours being flexible as determined by the management, 5 days/ week.
