Senior Fullstack Engineer Ruby/Python/Go/Typescript

About you
You’re an AI- native developer who thrives in fast- paced environments and loves writing code with AI tools at your side. You want to build impactful products end- to- end, solve complex problems, and have a real say in technical decisions. You’re excited by the idea of being the first engineer for HireAra in Vietnam and growing into a leadership role as we scale the team.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product and design teams to create seamless, intuitive user experiences.
Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement processes.
Influence technical decisions and participate in architectural discussions.
Build and maintain backend services and APIs in Python for our AI- driven recruitment platform.
Work on full- stack projects with modern technologies (TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python).
Help define and shape the engineering culture at HireAra.
Develop scalable full- stack applications using Python, React, and Node.js.
Solve complex technical challenges, optimise system performance, and roll out new features.

Requirements- Must Have

Track record of shipping high- quality production code in agile environments.
Passion for crafting great user experiences.
Competent and confident in building with AI tools — you love leveraging AI in your development workflow to build faster and better.
Proven experience with Python backend development, APIs, and scalable services.
Comfort working in a start- up style environment — adaptable, proactive, resourceful.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

Requirements- Nice to Have

Experience leading a team.
Contributions to open- source projects or notable personal projects.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).
Previous start- up or scale- up engineering experience.
Experience in technical architecture and decision- making.
