Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting

Perform general bookkeeping tasks to ensure up to date and accurate financial information
Prepare management accounts and financial statements, ensure timeliness and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (VAS) and company policies.
Perform financial analysis to assist in identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Internal Controls:

Implement internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Tax compliance:

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and other statutory requirements.
Prepare relevant tax filings and reports.

Audit management

Perform audit readiness checks, pre- audit reviews and support annual external audits.
Prepare audit schedules and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
Collaborate with auditors during fieldwork and assist in addressing audit inquiries.

Qualifications:

Detail- oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and reporting standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Bravo/Misa/ERPs, Excel, financial modeling) are plus.
At least 3 years of working experiences in audit/accounting/finance control roles with at least 1 years of audit experiences in a reputable audit firm.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a cross- functional environment.
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
