Trend Awareness:In- depth familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Keeps updated on global trends and tailors strategies accordingly.
SOP & Project Management:Experienced in establishing and following SOP for briefing, content approval, and campaign execution. Proficient in scheduling, task prioritization, and milestone tracking. Maintains clear documentation of workflows and enforces compliance measures.
English Proficiency:Good commandofboth written and spoken English.
Creative Direction:Ability to craft compelling creative briefs, analyze, and provide feedback on influencer- generated content.
Influencer Marketing Expertise:2+ years of proven track record of working with KOLs, KOCs, creators, with a strong understanding of influencer trends and content strategy.
Nice- to- Have Skills
Basic knowledge of design principles and branding.
Video Editing Tools:Proficiency in tools likeCapCutor similar platforms.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills for campaign performance evaluation.
Proven ability to deliver results in a fast- paced, deadline- driven environment.

Working Hours
Monday- Friday:8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Saturday (Culture Day):6:30 AM to 12:00 PM. We spend morning on running and reviewing our week.
