OVERVIEW: The Senior Integrated Media Marketing Executive is responsible for managing the execution of media campaigns, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the marketing objectives. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns. The Media Executive will also be responsible for optimizing campaigns, conducting post- campaign analysis, and ensuring that all media activities meet the required goals for cost- efficiency, service quality, and timeliness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management Oversight:
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign progress and quality are maintained.
• Oversee project management to ensure the smooth execution of all media campaigns, from planning to airing.
Campaign Airing Management:
• Coordinate with relevant departments and media partners to ensure seamless execution of media plans.
• Manage the entire airing process, ensuring all campaigns are aired on time and meet established objectives.
Campaign Optimization:
• Track actual campaign execution and make timely adjustments to meet the goals.
• Continuously review campaign performance, optimize based on real- time data, and apply key learnings to improve outcomes.
Post- Campaign Analysis:
• Conduct post- campaign analysis to derive insights and recommendations for future campaigns, ensuring ongoing improvements in media strategy.
• Organize and conduct evaluations of campaign execution both before and after campaigns to ensure effectiveness and goal achievement.
Supporting Planning & Partner Management:
• Assist the Marketing Communication Lead in managing relationships with advertising service providers, ensuring the full and timely delivery of agreed services and
• Collaborate with brand team to develop integrated plans for digital, TV, social, influencer, PR and other media channels.

EDUCATION
- University graduate major in Business/Marketing of equivalent
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Project Management:
• Strong project management skills to ensure the timely and efficient execution of media campaigns.
Optimization & Analysis:
• Proficiency in using data and analytics tools to monitor and evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Expertise in operating digital ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and tracking platforms (GA4, etc.)
Creativity & Adaptability:
• Ability to quickly adapt to new trends in media and offer creative and effective media solutions.
Collaboration Skills:
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external media partners.
EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with digital transformation projects and multi- platform campaigns is a plus
• 2- 3 years of experience in media planning or advertising, preferably in media or marketing project management.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track and update campaign progress weekly, ensuring timely communication with direct management and project teams.
• Prepare reports and complete other related tasks as assigned by the Integrated Media Marketing Manager
• Ensure compliance with all processes and proper documentation of campaign activities.
