Key Responsibilities
To develop and execute impactful, strategic communcations programs
Continuously monitor, evaluate effectiveness and improve the programs to ensure alignment with business goals.
Develop and execute impactful communication programs that align with and support the company&039;s strategic transformation.
Craft compelling communication narratives that inspire and connect with employees during our transformation journey.
To run and manage internal communication channels
Oversee the operation of company’s intranet, social media, and newsletters.
Drive employee engagement and interaction across all communication channels.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to enhance employer branding initiatives.
Ensure timely, accurate, and engaging communication of critical information to staff and stakeholders to effectively promote company activities.
To lead company- wide events and Enhance corporate culture
Lead the planning and execution of key activities such as the Summer Trip, Year- End Party, etc. fostering employee engagement.
Design activities to build and strengthen corporate culture.
To be in charge of CSR and Media Relations:
Take charge of public relations and media activities to boost the company&039;s reputation.
Design CSR projects internally or with external partners and fostering company’s reputation through professional and ethical CSR policies.
To support the HR&ESG Manager in general management
Assist in analyzing staff involvement and feedback to propose improvements for communication channels, CSR activities, and cultural initiatives.
Represent the company in CSR activities and collaborate with media partners to enhance the company’s brand and reputation.
Assist in establishing internal communication strategies, yearly plans, and budgeting.
