Senior Investment Analyst

Conduct independent market data research to formulate the in- house key underwriting assumptions
Prepare Investment Committee Memorandum and presentation
Participate in due diligence for investments, including review of legal documentation and gathering of market intelligence
Support the deals execution, including deal structuring, reviewing SPA
Contribute to portfolio monitoring, including formal monthly, quarterly, and annual report to key stakeholders
Build and run financial models and all financial analysis that informs investment decisions
Liaise with vendor and relevant advisors during due diligence including lawyers, financial and tax advisors, building surveyors, etc
Analyze property/real estate investment opportunities, market, and deal research, and supporting the firm’s transaction execution and portfolio reporting
Conduct regular field inspection of various IPs to ensure the accuracy of research data

High level written and spoken English
Excellent stake holder’s relationship management skills
Able to cope in a fast paced and high- pressured environment and demonstrate good working attitude
Strong communication/presentation skills
At least 4- year proven experience in real estate/investment/financial advisory/investment banking
Experience in real estate investment is preferred
Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to stakeholders
Sound judgment, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytic skills and the ability to talk through previous deals comprehensively
Bachelor or Master’s degree in in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field
Ability to self- start, multi- task and accurately complete projects on time and independently
Demonstrated experiences in effective negotiation skills
Certificate of CFA is an advantage
