Senior IT Executive

Provide maintenance and troubleshooting services for all core network devices, Internet lines, CCTV, Desktops, Laptops, etc.
Manage overall company IT services, IT related devices, Network infrastructure, etc.
Deliver the SLO and SLA for our internal IT services. Reporting on the performance of SLO and SLA weekly or monthly. Visualize the metrics related to transparency service results.
Provides asset management services for accuracy and completeness of IT hardware and software. This includes asset control and utilization, and maintenance of technology standards (hardware and software configuration, warranty and leasing period, pricing, etc).
Manage outsource team onsite at the company, and the IT Vendors.
Manage access control for employees’ working devices and personal devices.
Provide internal training for employees about the IT security base on the policies and procedures.
Design, setup, monitor and configure network devices (e.g. routers, firewalls, switches, WiFi APs, CCTV, etc).
Efficient Installation, Implementation, maintenance and user support. Efficient operation and cost- saving.

Education background requirements: BA/BS in Information Technology or network administration or IT related field.
Experience/Industry requirements:

Experienced with designing network infrastructure for at least 500 staff.
3- 4 years of Experience in the same position.
Experienced with MS Office, MS Service.
Experienced with managing under 5 IT staff.
Have IT network certificates.
Experienced with managing IT Systems, assets management system, network, infrastructure.
