We are seeking for 01 Talent Acquisition ( Senior level) in HCM to help strengthen our recruitment team for our business growth plan. The candidate will take the lead of the recruitment team with the following responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:

Proactive contact and build a good relationship with highly sought candidates.
Manage the full recruitment process from the starting to closing as well as talent operation documents.
Take action to improve recruitment quality to meet short and long- term resources needs.
Generate and maintain candidates&039; databases from various sources to fill any hiring demand shortly.

On- boarding:

In- charge of preparing & welcoming new- hire onboard and relevant new- hire&039;s document.

Employer branding:

Promote company brand to attract the candidates through the social network, job- seeking portal, and other channels to meet hiring demand.

Ad- hoc report and other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Accountable for safeguarding of information security for the responsible operations, in conformity to Company ISMS, customer’s requirements and statutory compliances

Yêu cầu công việc

Dedicated, high responsibility, good attitude, effective communication
4+ years of hiring experience as an internal and/or external recruiter and IT (Software) hiring experience is a must.
High energy, enthusiasm and ambition in recruitment
Good English skills and can work under high pressure.
Good knowledge of the IT labor market and a wide network of IT professionals
Possess self- confidence and high ambition to achieve the target
Ability to independently work to source candidates and deliver results as per promise.
