Senior IT Specialist – Data & BI

Data Analytics and BI
· Develops data collection user interface applications to support Request Management, Reporting, and Improvement Project needs.
· Develops SQL Server reporting databases, data marts, and Measure Library to support data collection and data mining necessary for analytics and reporting.
· Assists in identification of data integrity problems and recommends solutions.
· Coordinates new data developments to ensure consistency with existing warehouse structure.
· Develops data modeling and is responsible for data acquisition, access analysis, archive, recovery, load design and implementation.
· Work with Regional team and External Supplier to ensure meeting Group/Regional requirements on security/ application harmonization and the need of local business users.
· Collaborates with internal customers to capture requirements, design, create, document, manage and fulfill requests for on- going and/or ad- hoc reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
· Self manages projects, tasks and timelines ensuring that approvals from leadership are obtained.
· Assists with the development, implementation and maintenance of front- end presentation (dashboards), automated report solutions and other BI solutions to support tactical and strategic reporting needs of the organization.

· Performs all other job related duties as assigned.

· Familiar and good knowledge in data model, data ownership and governance concept
· Fluent in English for business communications with regional & global team and external vendors
· University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
· Experience in front end tool PowerBI, Tableau, Qilk is definitively advantage
· Knowledge of programing langures, SQL, Python
· Have good knowledge on Common Data Model concept
· Must have strong Cloud- based Data platform environment design & setup esp. in Microsoft Azure
· Minimum 1 – 2 full implementation cycles, Project management experiences of Data platform with local & regional rollout
· Having knowledge of Business Analysist and finance & accounting.
· Very strong communication and IT business analysis skillset
· Experience in enabling self- services community of data platform is definitively advantage
· Minimum 5 years in FMCG industry with good business knowledge
· Experience in managing SQL Server/ Azure reporting databases, data marts, and Measure Library to support data collection and data mining necessary for analytics and reporting
· Experience on IT Project Management.
