Senior Java Developer/ Java Tech Lead

Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans.
Documentation and alignment with governance and security standards.
Writing clean, well- tested code that adheres to platform architecture and best practices.
Refactoring and standardization of existing systems.
Capable of setting technical direction, leading code reviews, and ensuring consistent quality and alignment across teams.
Auto- updating libraries and integrations with GCP.

Experience working in offshore software consulting environments.
Previous exposure to video streaming platforms is a significant advantage, though not mandatory.
Excellent technical documentation abilities.
Solid experience in JavaScript, with expertise in ReactJS, Redux and related libraries.
Solid skills in software architecture and design.
Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written), particularly in global software development environments.
Strong experience in backend development with over 5 years of expertise in Java (For Lead: at least 7 years with 2+ years of managing a team).
