As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our diesel generator products to customers in various industries. You will serve as the technical expert, understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and delivering exceptional service to build strong relationships. Your role will involve collaborating with the pre- sales and sales team, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Huu Toan founded in 1982 is a leading generator Original Equipment Manufacturer based in Vietnam. We provide one stop- shop power solution in designing, manufacturing and servicing our power generation equipment. Huu Toan cultivates customer trust by manufacturing world standards products, providing fast services and delivering “wow” customers experience.
Key responsibilities:

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and promote our diesel generator offerings.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and capabilities of our diesel generator products.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the product development and engineering teams to gather customer feedback and insights for product improvement and innovation.
Provide technical support and assistance to customers during the sales process, addressing inquiries, and resolving technical issues.
Understand customer requirements and application scenarios to recommend appropriate diesel generator solutions tailored to their needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers (including but not limited to M&E consultants, contractor, sub- contractor...), understanding their business challenges and objectives to provide effective solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations, outlining the value proposition and competitive advantages of our diesel generators.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, meet sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
Self- motivated and results- oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast- paced environment.
Proven experience in technical sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in sales tools for lead management, opportunity tracking, and reporting.
Customer- focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long- term relationships.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend meetings, and participate in industry events.
