Senior Lab Technician - Textile Testing

· Identify opportunities for technical improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change
· Plan and organize team workload effectively to meet the demands of the position.
· Handle incoming samples, sample preparation and assignment test for technician.
· Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
· Handling the Training for Internal Lab Factory.
· Verify and document Textile Testing Laboratory.
· Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by senior technician and technical manager.
· Ensure that all activity is complied with HSE regulation, ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001
· Evaluating the results.
· Inspire technical staff to attain goals and pursue excellence.
· Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures included: HSE regulation, ISO 17025 and ISO 9001
· Be responsible for controlling and performing of normal working process in your technical team.
· Develop and validate new test methods.

· Good &039;people skills&039; for building relationships with colleagues at all levels.
· Five years’ experience in Textile, footwear testing Laboratory.
· Problem solving and decision making skills
· Responsible attitude and ability to motivate people
· Willing to travel for audit and training for factory.
· Good time management skill
· Experience in Garment and Footwear Production is priority.
· Management/ leadership skills
· Good organizing and planning skills
· Good command of MS office
