Business Partner
The (Senior) Lead – HRBP will serve as a strategic business partner for one of two divisions: ProTech (Product & Technology) or Back Office functions. This role is responsible for designing and executing people strategies tailored to each division, providing consultation to leadership, and driving organizational effectiveness. The position plays a critical role in talent development, performance management, compensation, employee engagement, and delivering an outstanding employee experience.
- Consult with Heads/Managers on workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, succession planning, and talent strategy.
- Act as the bridge between business units and HR Centers of Excellence (C&B, TA, L&OD, etc.).
- Advise and resolve matters related to organizational structure, recruitment, career planning, rewards, and retention.
HR Programs & Projects Implementation
- Proactively identify and launch division- specific HR initiatives for ProTech or Back Office.
- Lead implementation of CoE- initiated HR programs, adapting them to divisional needs.
Performance & Talent Management
- Support career development plans and build a succession pipeline.
- Oversee performance review, salary review, and promotion processes, ensuring fairness and compliance.
Compensation & Rewards
- Consult on Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards policies, balancing market competitiveness, internal equity, and financial sustainability.
- Partner with business leaders to design effective retention and motivation solutions.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards and predictive models using Excel/Power BI/Looker Studio/Tableau.
- Collect, analyze, and report HR data (headcount, turnover, productivity, cost, engagement).
Employee Advocacy & Case Management
- Act as the primary contact for employee relations, policy clarifications, conflict resolution, and welfare.
- Ensure transparency, timeliness, and maintain trust across the employee lifecycle.
Culture, Engagement & Learning Collaboration
- Design and coordinate engagement activities and learning initiatives tailored to each division (e.g., hackathons, product talks, team building, peer- learning).
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and cross- functional collaboration.
