Senior / Lead IT - ISUrgent job NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with NAB VN IT team and business folks to ensure smooth and reliable
- Work with NABVN Operation team management, decision- makers, and
- NAB Vietnam IT infrastructure operation to fulfill business objectives and processes.
stakeholders to define business requirements and goals in IT service and to identify
and resolve business issues and concerns for development & improvement.
- Propose the solution innovatively with the design, specifications, diagrams, and
charts to provide further improvement and optimization direction.
- Liaison with other departments to provide updates on current mutual
topics/issues, participate in problem- solving and development of mutual solutions
and improvements.
- Participating as a member in various IT or cross- departmental projects.
Operational Management
- Provide administrative support and maintenance infrastructure systems, Physical security system (Access door system, CCTV), IT office facility (Meeting room facility, video conference, sound and audio)-
- Responsible for efficient troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to systems and services provided by the IT Infrastructure Services team through effective communication and collaboration with respective team members, including vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Provide internal customer orientation and training for new and/or modified systems, services, and software tools.
- Provide accurate and complete documentation of systems in accordance with the group and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems and services.
- 1st- level network support for the office LAN/WAN infrastructure, including closely working with distributed 2nd- level support team and local service providers.
- Manage/support the IT assets management process.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
***Technical skills:
- Good understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure services, such as LAN/WAN, Wi- Fi, DHCP, DNS, security (proxy, firewall), infrastructure monitoring system, etc.
- Experience with Video conference/audio/electricity/ live stream system
- Good understanding of Microsoft- based laptop and infrastructure systems deployed for software development enterprise environments, including the OS, productivity, and collaboration (Office 365, MS TEAM, sharepoint), messaging and communication (MS TEAM, ZOOM) identification (Azure AD), centralized updates (MIntune), and security.
- Good understanding of MacOS- based MacBook, IPAD, apple device and Apple systems (JAMs, Apple caching system).
- Good understanding of on- premises system and on- cloud system, cloud service provider (AWS, AZURE)
- Experience with anti- virus / anti- malware.
- Experience in dealing with telco circuits: internet, voice, MPLS, telecom
- Good understanding of security standards ISO27000/27001, risk management and related procedures.
***Non- technical Requirements
- Ability to understand customers and their requirements.
- The ability to work with distributed teams across different time zones.
- Takes ownership of problems or issues within his/her control
- Experience as a lead or project manager would be a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and documentation skills.
- Executes goals and objectives; makes and keeps commitments.
- The ability to work with the ticket system, incident tracking system, change management system, risk management system.
- Solid vendor management skills, including telco providers, systems integrators, etc.
***Education, Experience & Certification
- Azure/AWS/Cisco/Juniper/security certification would be preferred.
- Bachelor or above degree in computer science.
- Minimum of 5 years or more relevant full- time working experience, where having worked in an international environment would be preferred.
ITIL V4 Foundation certification would be preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication in English.
- Character and personality are in line with the NABVN values.
