Senior Legal Associate

- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Review and provide legal advice to support proper business process
- Perform administration in legal document and contracts
- Draft, review and translate agreements and legal documents, and identify any potential risks and issues
- Conduct legal research and report findings or changes that may affect the company’s operation and compliance
- Represent the company at court hearings with external lawyers
- Liaise with all business units on relevant regulators, including licensing, registrations, notifications, etc.

- Possess a Law degree from an accredited institution.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proficient in managing corporate secretarial matters, legal affairs, and conducting contract reviews.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in legal fields, ideally gained from a reputable law firm or in- house legal department.
- Holding a Bachelor of Law degree and a Law Practitioner certificate is advantageous.
- Display meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of legal risks.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese, with the ability to communicate effectively.
