Senior Legal Associate

Liaise with all business units on relevant regulators, including licensing, registrations, and notifications etc.
Perform administration in legal document and contracts.
Draft, review and translate agreements and legal documents, and identify any potential risks and issues;
Review and provide legal advice to support proper business process;
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations;
Conduct legal research and report findings or changes that may affect the company’s operation and compliance;
Represent the company to attend court hearings with external lawyers;

Display meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of legal risks.
Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese, with the ability to communicate effectively.
Holding a Bachelor of Law degree and a Law Practitioner certificate is advantageous.
Proficient in managing corporate secretarial matters, legal affairs, and conducting contract reviews.
Possess a Law degree from an accredited institution.
Have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in legal fields, ideally gained from a reputable law firm or in- house legal department.
