Senior Legal

Provide timely legal advice in case of arising legal matters.
Support management during legal negotiations.
Handle corporate legal procedures such as company establishment, business license amendments, investment procedures, sub- licenses, etc.
Assist in registering and protecting IP rights, trademarks, copyrights.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the company’s legal rights are protected.
Regularly update and guide relevant departments on changes in applicable laws and regulations.
Identify and mitigate legal risks related to image use, data, and media content.
Standardize contract templates, workflows, and internal regulations.
Review legal validity of various contracts and legal documents (e.g., commercial contracts, labor contracts, NDAs, MOUs) for Nina Nguyễn and Nina Live Hub.
Manage and maintain legal document archives in both physical and digital formats.
Represent or liaise with law firms, governmental agencies, and partners when required.
Draft and revise contract clauses beyond standard templates as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related legal discipline.
Completion of Lawyer Training Program or possessing a Lawyer Practicing Certificate is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical thinking, problem- solving, and legal reasoning skills.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in legal roles, preferably within media, creative, or content production companies.
Highly detail- oriented, principled, proactive, and discreet.
Solid understanding of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Intellectual Property Law.
