JOB DECRIPTIONS
Data Collection and Analysis
Independently collect and analyze logistics and distribution performance data from 3PL and Platform to identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities. Leverage insights to propose practical, data- driven improvement solutions aimed at enhancing service levels and cost efficiency. Provide advisory recommendations to Logistics management and 3PL partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational KPIs.
Financial Analysis
Prepare RFQ (Request for Quotation) and RFP (Request for Proposal) documents.
Perform detailed financial and cost analysis quarterly for each project
Support the team in financial planning and forecasting
Process Optimization
Analyze and map logistics operational processes for all Projects.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data findings to improve project / process efficiency.
Project Execution
Coordinate daily tasks and follow up with project team members.
Assign specific tasks to team members and track their progress.
Facilitate communication between different departments involved in the projects.
Task Management
Independently manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle to ensure accuracy and traceability. Take ownership of preparing and presenting detailed case study results, highlighting key learnings and performance metrics. Lead the coordination and execution of testing and evaluation phases during project implementation, ensuring all findings are documented and used to drive improvements. Report implementation progress and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Liaise with external partners and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Organize and lead recap meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
Gather feedback from project members and incorporate it into project adjustments.
Ecom Solution Design
Analyse E Solution&039;s customers request and translate into team business requirements.
Act as main point of contact for minor E Solution Projects.
