Role Overview
Wareflex is looking for a Senior ContractLogistics Specialist (Sales Driven) to aggressively develop new customers andclose contract logistics deals by matching customer warehousing needs with themost suitable vendors across our logistics network.
KeyResponsibilities
Lead commercial discussions, pricing coordination, and deal closing.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing.
Maintain relationships with key customers to expand accounts and repeat business.
Lead customer meetings to identify logistics requirements (location, volume, SKU profile, service scope, SLA, budget).
Source new warehouse partners when existing network options do not meet customer requirements.
Proactively hunt and acquire new customers with warehousing and contract logistics demand.
Design and propose flexible warehousing solutions by matching customer needs with available vendors.
Continuously update market intelligence on warehouse supply, pricing, and competitors.
Key Requirements
Highly independent, target- driven, and comfortable with a performance- based environment.
Proven track record in new business development and deal closing.
Existing network of shippers, manufacturers, retailers, or warehouse providers is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of warehousing services and logistics cost structures.
4–8+ years of experience in logistics sales, contract logistics, or 3PL commercial roles.

REQUIREMENTS

● A degree in Logistics or a related field from local universities.
