Strategic Planning & Leadership:
- Lead the factory team to achieve operational excellence, technological innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance across all functional areas.
- Develop and execute the overall strategic plan for the Production Development Centre (PDC) factory, ensuring alignment with company business goals and market trends.
2 Customer Service & Technical Support
- Ensure timely delivery of samples and maintain a high sample approval rate to meet customer expectations.
- Provide technical support and innovative solutions throughout the customer development process, including technical fitting and communication with customer tech teams.
- Drive technical discussions and collaborative problem- solving to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen partnerships.
3 Internal Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Promote cross- departmental collaboration to enhance overall factory performance and operational synergy.
- Manage and optimize functional teams (GMT, Pattern, Costing IE, Sample Room, Continuous Improvement) to improve processes, efficiency, and quality.
- Lead and supervise improvement projects, such as digital transformation and automation, ensuring successful implementation and measurable results.
- Risk assessment & product continues reengineering, to ensure bulk production effectively & safety.
4 Sample Cost Control
- Analyze sample production costs, optimize resource allocation, and implement measures to reduce unnecessary expenditures.
- Oversee sample room operations with a strong focus on cost management.
- Establish and monitor cost budgets and controls to ensure financial targets are met.
5 Team Management and Talent Development (10%)
- Implement a robust performance management system, deliver regular feedback, and foster a culture of excellence, empowerment, and innovation.
- Recruit, train, and develop talent with technical expertise and innovation capability, providing career development guidance and growth opportunities.
- Design and optimize the organizational structure, clarify team roles and responsibilities, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
