Supporting in Brand management:
▪ Strictly follow up internal process of documentation, payment for all expenses related to Brand activities such as RFA, purchase request, PO, Good, receipt, invoice to ensure A&P being spent within marketing
▪ Working on collecting & analyzing data as instructed by BM to support for brand performance, market movement review
▪ Deploy execution in detail with alignment & supervision of BM of brand communication plan ATL and BTL, including colour tool, OOH, media digital, PR, events, TVC, and In- store display, POSM…etc
budget and required campaign timeline.
▪ Work closely with support functions to ensure smooth execution and delivery business objectives.
Supporting in Product management:
▪ Prepare & maintain TDS to support for whole life cycle of product
▪ Execute testing preparation including Plant Trial, Field test, Best By Test, TUV test for Green Label registration, QT3…
▪ Follow up packaging adaptation, livery BOP & FOP content, follow up livery printing process including check content, colour proof in detail
▪ Work closely with relevant function such as Regional MKT, RD&I, QA, Customer Service, Integrated Supply Chain to support for whole process of launching new product.
▪ Manage system registration (MDG, SDS…) to ensure product FINI codes available in time for mass production
Supporting in Price management:
▪ Monitor price movement from competitors.
▪ Prepare price increasing proposal for BM’s review & approval
▪ Excecute monthly & ad- hoc price set up on SAP & DERP to ensure that price set up follows guideline & on time to support for Sales
E- commerce:
▪ Understand the key business drivers across products, Colour and location to build ecommerce portfolio.
▪ Lead the development, management, and delivery of the Vietnam’s overall e- commerce planning
▪ Manage daily & periodically e- store set up & operation: layout, product, price, promotion, invoice
▪ Work closely with Logistics, OTC, Call center to ensure that the order fulfillment process is efficient and seamless.
▪ Utilize data from various web sources to drive complete understanding of user behaviors to build experiences to improve conversion rate ▪ Drive traffic into key marketplaces- devise strategies and action plan to increase traffic, acquire new customers, increase conversion rate and optimize sales
Other:
▪ Follow up with other internal functions to solve ad- hoc issue such as FINI code information update & maintenance, PO, invoice issues…
▪ Support Brand manager to implement ad- hoc project within Business to improve productivity of the team
