Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Coordination
• Review, provide feedback, and quality- check content before posting, focusing on visual quality, storytelling, and makeup demonstration accuracy.
• Coordinate content production with KOLs (style/vibe) and internal teams to ensure content is on- brief, on- brand, and on- trend.
• Stay updated on makeup trends, TikTok trends, and Gen Z content styles, and proactively propose effective social media content approaches.
• Write or refine video scripts aligned with campaign objectives, brand tone, and makeup usage requirements.
• Use performance data to optimize content direction, script structure, and creator selection for future campaigns.
• Track and analyze content performance (views, engagement, content effectiveness).
• Work closely with Content, BD, and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns.
• Develop content ideas and short- form video concepts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar platforms, mainly for KOL/KOC content.
Business Development & KOL Partnerships
• Act as the main point of contact between KOLs, agencies, and internal teams.
• Lead cost negotiation, collaboration terms, and content scope with KOLs/KOCs.
• Proactively source, build, and maintain long- term relationships with KOLs/KOCs, especially in the makeup & beauty category.
• Manage KOL contracts, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Leverage and expand existing beauty KOL/KOC networks.
Requirements
• Makeup/beauty brands background (branding, content, working with influencer ect) or experience working with Agency- side background (make- up creative agencies) is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Marketing, or Content- related roles.
• Proactive, responsible, hardworking, and professional attitude.
• Basic video editing skills are a plus.
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Gen Z communication styles.
• Ability to conceptualize short- form video content and write engaging scripts.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong interest and knowledge in makeup & beauty products.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
• Solid understanding of the Vietnam KOL/KOC market.
• Data- oriented mindset, able to use content performance metrics to improve quality.
