Job Description:
Play a strategic role in building and expanding relationships with Government authorities, regulatory agencies, financial institutions, and investors.
Develop and implement Marketing and Business strategies for environmental projects, focusing on water supply, wastewater (residential and industrial), and solid waste treatment.
Proactively seek investment opportunities, conduct market analysis, and assess the feasibility of PPP projects, M&A, or business partnerships.
Oversee key business activities, contribute to investment strategy planning and manage high- level relationships with partners and regulatory agencies when necessary.
Marketing Strategy & Business Development:
Collaborate with stakeholders during technology selection processes, ensuring thorough evaluations by consultants and assisting with documentation preparation when required.
Act on behalf of the General Director in important meetings with government agencies and strategic partners when needed.
Propose and lead asset acquisitions, joint ventures, and bidding for PPP projects.
Analyze market trends, identify competitors, and evaluate potential risks and growth prospects in the industry.
Represent the company in professional discussions and capability presentations with partners and governments agencies.
Identify and pursue suitable investment opportunities in the environmental sector.
Partnerships & Government Relations:
Establish strategic alliances with companies in the environmental sector, equipment suppliers, consulting firms, and financial partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Government bodies, regulatory agencies, PPP project management units, financial institutions, and strategic investors.
Foster strong and natural relationships through networking events and informal meetings with partners and stakeholders.
Attend environmental forums and conferences to expand the company’s partner network.
Negotiation, Contract Management & Documentation Control:
Collaborate with legal and finance departments to safeguard company interests and minimize risks in transactions and project development.
Prepare high- level presentations and materials for meetings with partners and regulatory authorities
Participate in negotiating partnership terms, asset acquisitions, and signing PPP contracts with partners and government agencies.
Lead contract negotiations and represent the company in strategic events.
Maintain strict control over documentation related to design consultants, PPP project development, and due diligence for M&A projects.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Investment, or related fields.
Having at least 12 years of experience in Environmental Business, preferably in the water sector and Business development.
In- depth knowledge of legal regulations and investment project operations in water supply, wastewater, and solid waste treatment.
Experience working directly with government authorities, investors, and financial institutions.
Familiarity with managing documentation for design consulting and due diligence processes.
Extensive network with government bodies, regulators, financial institutions, and investors, along with strong networking and relationship- building abilities
Leadership in strategic planning, team management, and large- scale environmental project execution.
Effective public speaking and presentation skills, especially in representing the company and explaining project technologies to partners and regulators.
Expertise in developing and implementing Marketing strategies, identifying investment opportunities, and evaluating PPP and M&A project feasibility.
Strong negotiation skills, contract management expertise, and the ability to oversee complex documentation processes.
Fluent in English or Korean.
Well- established relationships with government authorities, regulators, financial institutions, and environmental investors.
Proficient in office tools and project management software.
In- depth knowledge of Investment regulations and infrastructure policies in the environmental sector.
