Senior Marketing Executive

· Manage and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, online advertising, email marketing, PR, and event management.
· Monitor the progress and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ensuring that strategies are executed correctly and the set goals are achieved.
· Participate in building and implementing online community development activities, increasing engagement with customers and partners through social media platforms.
· Develop and manage overall marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract target customers, and achieve business goals.
· Manage and strengthen the Citics brand, ensuring clear brand messaging resonates with the target audience.
· Assist in training other marketing team members to improve skills and work efficiency. Stay updated on new trends in digital marketing and the real estate industry to propose and implement innovative solutions.
· Work closely with other departments, including sales, product, and design, to ensure that marketing strategies align with the overall business goals of Citics.
· Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.

· Creative thinking skills and the ability to proactively find effective marketing solutions.
· Ability to work efficiently with cross- functional teams and communicate ideas.
· Experience analyzing marketing data and using AI to optimize campaigns and improve work efficiency.
· Extensive knowledge of marketing channels and tools, including online marketing, offline marketing, content, social media, SEO, SEM, etc.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
· Adaptability to the latest trends in digital marketing and quick adaptation to changes in a dynamic startup environment.
· At least 4 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for candidates with experience in real estate, finance, or technology sectors.
