Senior Marketing Executive (F&B)

A member of Emmaus- Group, Huge- Fam began operations in 2012 born from the inspiration to build a Catering Business providing a full range of superior culinary services. Our journey began as a large- scale agricultural producer in Dong Nai province specializing in the production of livestock and rice. From there, My Mother Restaurant and Bizman Sky Lounge were launched and have become a popular destination for business lunch or dinner in District 1, HCM City.
Responsibilities:
You will work with Marketing & Sales Team for the company&039;s marketing activities. You will work for the brand Bizman Sky- Restaurant & Lounge, Cowboy Zone Cafe and Huge- Fam Catering (the brand of Huge- Fam)
Senior Marketing Executive (F&B)
– To manage the website and Facebook updates and enquires on a regular basis;
– To seek partnership opportunities through networking with vendors, local businesses, association and consumers brands for business activities in F&B;
– To write copy for diverse marketing distributions and manage the design, print and delivery of marketing materials e.g. menus, leaflets, brochures, press releases;
– To plan F&B promotions and execute effective marketing plans timely;
– To present updates to team and regularly interact with Marketing Manager, Operation Manager, Head Chef, and Restaurant Supervisor about marketing progress and results;
– To coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities and implement promotional campaigns;
– To enhance internal communication across functions to be well informed of marketing objectives;
– To conduct market research and analysis to oversee market trends and brand awareness;
– To develop the customer database and research competitors products and services and analyze F&B market trends to generate new ideas to draw audience attention;
– To organize advertising campaigns (social media) and promotional events;
– To work with the Marketing Manager, Operation Manager, Head Chef and Restaurant Supervisor to incorporate marketing needs into sales strategy and create PR strategy;
– To create awareness and build the company’s reputation in the F&B market;

– At least 3 years of experience in marketing within the hospitality environment or retail business;
– Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related disciplines;
– Strong planning and organization skills.
– Good understanding of market research, data analysis, statistical methods, and marketing best practices;
