Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic- minded Senior Marketing Executive (Digital Marketing focused) passionate about the education industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of educational institutions. This role will shape our digital marketing strategy, drive student enrollment, and enhance our brand presence in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing (70%):
· Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to increase student enrollment, course registrations, and brand awareness within the education industry.
· Lead the planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, display advertising, and email marketing.
· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, continually exploring new opportunities and tactics to drive growth and innovation.
· Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, analyze data to identify insights, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve enrollment targets.
Social Media (20%):
· Collaborate with academic departments and student services to showcase campus life, student success stories, and extracurricular activities through social media channels.
· Manage the institution&039;s social media presence and strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Zalo Official Account fostering engagement and community building among students, alumni, and prospective students.
· Monitor social media performance metrics, track audience engagement, and adjust content strategy as needed to enhance brand visibility and drive student recruitment efforts.
· Create compelling social media content that highlights the institution&039;s academic programs, student achievements, and campus life, and resonates with the target audience.
General Marketing (10%):
· Support the creation of marketing collateral and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
· Collaborate with academic and admissions teams to ensure marketing activities align with enrollment targets, admissions deadlines, and recruitment priorities within the education sector.
· Assist in the development of integrated marketing campaigns that leverage both digital and traditional channels to reach prospective students, parents, and educational partners effectively.
· Contribute to the planning and execution of virtual and in- person events, such as open houses, information sessions, and webinars, designed to showcase the institution&039;s offerings and attract prospective students.
