Senior Marketing Executive

Develop and execute marketing campaigns following marketing direction and master plan that provided, to promote our brand, and product, execute dealer marketing, and retail marketing.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative teams, to develop compelling marketing materials and initiatives.
Identify and explore new marketing channels and opportunities to reach target audiences effectively.
Digital marketing and eCommerce play important roles in the market expansion strategy of the company, hence your knowledge (and execution experience) in this field is a credit.
The employee will work between the head office and the factories, working closely with the sales and production team.
Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports to the management team.
Manage and maintain the company&039;s social media presence, including creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring social media channels.
Support the sales team by providing marketing materials, training, and assistance in lead generation and nurturing.
The employee will conduct a market research project(s) in different markets to earn an in- depth understanding of the retailer and consumer.
Stay up- to- date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Assist in the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and sales support materials.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Understanding of the Agriculture and seafood industry
Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
Understanding of POSM, retail marketing
Bachelor&039;s degree in marketing, or a related field.
Working location: Bat Gia Loi Company Head Office in D3, HCMC and Factory in Binh Duong province (My Phuoc Industrial zone)
Creative thinking and problem- solving skills.
Salary: 20- 30M
Reporting to Sales & Marketing Director
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and SEM is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing automation tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Working hours: 8 am- 5 pm (Monday- Friday)
