Job Purpos
Responsible for planning & execute of trade marketing and workshop/event activities to drive traffic to tiNiWorld, enhance customer experience, and increase tiNiWorld’s market share. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to implement the programs.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Project Management
Collaborate with the marketing team and agencies to implement end- to- end marketing activities, including ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Assist the Marketing Leader in planning and executing the Workshop & Event programs to achieve both business and marketing objectives (traffic to store/center, enhance customer experience).
Partner with IT team to set up promotion scheme & relative task.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Partner with Communication team to develop communication plan and produce content (social, ads content, app push…).
Track project budgets and assist with processing related paperwork.
Partner with the Creative/Design team to develop impactful artwork for all marketing campaigns.
TPerform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Monitor, analyze, and assess market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Trade Marketing
Work with the design team to produce key visuals (KVs) and display materials (standees, tent cards, LCDs, etc.).

Job Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Must have experience in Professional Service (F&B, Retail) or Mom & Kids industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- At least 2- 3 year&039;s experience as MKT Executive.
- Strong project management skills and ability to quickly adapt to new environments and work processes.
- Have ownership, enthusiastic and proactive spirit at work.
- University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related majors.
