This is a full- time, on- site position for a Marketing Manager- Sports, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Lead brand marketing strategy and execution for our Multi Sports brands , ensuring strong brand equity, effective campaigns, and consistent customer experience, while collaborating closely with internal corporate functions.
Brand Strategy and Execution
Develop and implement brand- building and seasonal promotion strategies for the Supersports brand.
Ensure brand equity, identity, and visual consistency across all retail and communication channels.
Plan and execute base brand- building and seasonal campaigns with clear, measurable KPIs.
Brand Partnerships
Lead Supersports brand partnerships with local partners, financial service providers, and suppliers.
Budget Management
Monitor spending efficiency and campaign ROI.
Manage allocated Supersports marketing budget and propose investment priorities in line with brand objectives.
Market Research and Performance Analysis
Conduct market research and brand performance analysis to support decision- making.
Review campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization actions.
Media Planning & Coordination
Coordinate Supersports media planning across offline and online channels.
Track and report core media performance metrics as assigned.
Work closely with Digital Marketing and E- commerce teams to support traffic and conversion objectives.
Team Leadership and Capability Development
Support capability development and performance management within the team.
Manage and develop the Supersports marketing team
Coordinate with agencies and external partners to deliver brand initiatives.
Corporate Marketing Collaboration
Collaborate internally on corporate- led campaigns, brand guidelines, and cross- brand initiatives where Supersports is involved.
Ensure Supersports brand alignment with overall company marketing direction and standards.
Act as the Supersports brand representative working closely with Corporate Marketing functions (PR, Communications, Digital, Design, E- commerce).
