Senior Marketing Specialist

DUTIES:
Marketing planning: Responsible for planning all marketing activities outlined by the marketing strategy of the year, including:
- Creating a timeline for each action plan;
- Creating an overall action plan for each initiative after it is approved;
- Creating a budget for each action plan;
- Creating a stakeholder management plan for each action plan;
- Creating a communication plan for each action plan;
Marketing execution: Responsible for carrying out the initiatives and their corresponding action plans, including:
- Coordinating among the stakeholders;
- Measuring the metrics;
- Maintaining effective communication;
- Tracking the budget
- Producing timely reports.
Marketing budgeting: Responsible for creating and maintaining the budget for all the initiatives, in line with the overall budget of the department and organization, including:
- Tracking the spending;
- Measuring the effectiveness of each initiative by calculating the roi.
Marketing partnerships: Responsible for developing a network of partners and supporters that further improves the brand awareness and love from the key demographics, including:
- Participating in their initiatives if they are in line with our brand values, vision and mission;
- Proposing joint initiatives that bring benefits to both organizations.
Special projects: responsible for
- Maintaining the website, including the uploading of content, the accuracy of the information, the hosting of media and the overall SEO effectiveness of the site.
